If you’re into tilt marble games (like Labyrinth) then you owe it to yourself to check out Dark Nebula [App Store Link], which is FREE this weekend only (normally $0.99). Amazingly positive reviews and a pricetag with no digits on it make this a no-brainer download for some fun gaming action this weekend. I’ve downloaded it and played it, and it’s definitely worth $0.99 and would almost be criminal not to take advantage of it being free right now. If there’s one iPhone game you shouldn’t miss during the Thanksgiving App Store sale madness, it’s MiniSquadron. This one has been garnering a ton of forum buzz, has a perfect 5/5 star average on the iTunes Store, and after Monopoly kept crashing on me I bought MiniSquadron and it truly is a blast. Expect a review forthcoming, but it probably doesn’t need one–just go pick it up now while it’s $2 off it’s normal price and only $0.99, you’ll be glad you did. Here’s a big one, especially if you’re a Mac user and have and love 1Password: 1Password [App Store Link] and 1Password Pro [App Store Link] for the iPhone/iPod Touch are now on sale for FREE until December 1st (not sure why you’d want the non-pro version since both are free, but it’s there if you do!). 1Password is regularly $4.99 and 1Password Pro is regularly $7.99, so these are huge deals. Here’s another big-name iPhone App on sale: Now’s your chance to get Doom Resurrection [App Store Link] for only $2.99 if you missed it the last time it was on sale a few months ago (regularly $6.99, 4/5 stars). It’s an on-raise FPS with awesome graphics, just be aware that you can’t roam freely like you can in the PC version. The popular multi-protocol IM App BeejiveIM is currently on sale for its cheapest price ever, $6.99 (regularly $9.99, 4/5 stars). In yesterday’s weekend update post I mentioned that Trillian ($4.99) is out for the iPhone and might be a worthy competitor, but now that BeejiveIM is down to $6.99, only a couple dollars more than Trillian (vs double the price), I’d be much more inclined to recommend BeejiveIM over it. Developer Konami appears to be having a fire sale on their iPhone/iPod Touch games at the moment, pretty much everything they make is only $0.99. Here’s the rundown (plus one non-Konami game, Tower Defense naturally)- Metal Gear Solid Touch is on sale for $0.99 (regularly $5.99, 4/5 stars).
